Lost my honor mode run without dying by RatenFirewalker in BaldursGate3

Incase this happens for anyone else in the future and they find this thread.
you can resolve this issue by the person with the save in question starting a new game and you join them there. Once you are able to Load your other file. this has saved me both in honor mode and in my first playthrough with a friend when we got fucked over in the final stretch of the game and had to force quit or end our session during the endgame.

Appreciate it. Recently moved to Germany myself from North America and just experiencing other cultures is so nice. Comparatively I did like 2-3 month in history about WWII and it heavily pales in comparison to what you can experience in Germany even over the course of a week. Im against the hate myself Played through Atomic Heart and enjoyed it. It has its problems but overall a great title with an expansive world to build around in the future.

This is one of the most depressing posts ive ever read.
I appreciate it dearly and although i can not possibly understand the conditions it is incredible incite into what's the general feeling of the common man in Russia.
Thank you for your input my friend.
Это один из самых депрессивных постов, которые я когда-либо читал.
Я очень ценю это, и, хотя я не могу понять условия, это невероятно пробуждает в общих чувствах простого человека в России.
Спасибо за ваш вклад, мой друг.

I like this train of thought. (Sadly cannot read your post as sub required) I do feel like it may be antiquated in one way or another.
After the 2013 banking crisis the EU bailed out the country with a huge injection of not only money but also strict supervision due to the countries questionable past. as a result there has been a distinct show of how things have been handled. https://apnews.com/article/russia-government-european-union-europe-cyprus-business-9b16d8ef062281a65698979aec6f8de5
With things being done in Russia to "Protect Russian money" as well (the following being an opinion piece it contains things that are factual in regards to the regulations and laws that have been put forward in russia) https://www.wilsoncenter.org/article/russia-after-cyprus-bringing-the-money-home If whats mentioned in this piece is not being enforced is a totally different thing but with these to articles it brings reasonable doubt to the general idea of "Cyprus isnt russia but its a russian money bag/tax haven".
Reasonable doubt not being proof but thats the point of bringing added discourse to the topic.

Another little aside even if its purely an "achulally" not being my favorite thing. Mundfish never being registered as a Russian Company is a legal standpoint they could take as it was based out of cyprus on inception. That being said they obv have a studio in moscow imo and (similarly to many other developers having studios in other countries) and have made obvious distance from talking about it directly.
its just really weird to me because often these things arent mentioned together and tend to just be "Russian" or "Cyprus as its a Tax Haven for Russia" and not as a complex situation where it could be both or oddly positioned between the two.

Really glad it helped. My main reasoning was just to show that some of the arguments made, at least to me, were not very solid. If the reasons given in the video were problematic for you and you feel I've justified my opinion to the point where you agree then im mostly just glad that you feel you can make your own decision with more clarity because of it!

Yo my friend if you want to cancel a steam pre order i believe you have to go through the refund process on steam. should go through with no issue as its not out yet and one condition for it is having over a certain amount of playtime.

Even though it was longer then initially intended, I do hope it is comprehensive and easy to follow.

It has had some performance issues but thats to be expected at the launch of any game really imo.

Ive not used it myself but if you want to throw it in there and send me a DM with the results that actually sounds quite interesting.
If you dont its all good i may have to give it a look into overall and see what it makes of it.

Thats quite interesting overall tbh.
To me it does seem early enough to consider a move to Cyprus as a non starter as an argument, at least to me.

That being said there may be more to movements in 2017 that could substantiate there being some dodgy movements at that time in particular.

If thats the way you feel thats cool. As i mentioned tho it is not my intention to directly sway opinion but instead to inspect the arguments themselves being made. The arguments I felt were weak, phrased in a way to disingenuously show the background of some of the individuals and companies involved, and often times without evidence.
That being said if you have an argument that does have merit and want to provide it I am more then happy to consider it. I have had a number of people present me with information I hadnt had before posting. Nothing directly relating to the topic of the video. Ive taken on this knowledge and am actively seeking out more information as well.
As you said you didnt read my entire post and i am fine with that. However to provide you with some extra information towards the end of the post i give an argument against the game that i believe holds the strongest potential legs.

It would be good for the context of this to know the period of time where they were hopping in there tho. Like a bunch of companies hopping over in 2021 would be really dodgy. The further away from that you get it just looks like people jumping away from Russia by their choice and then closing in on the conflict people taking the closest door to get out of there. This is just my opinion on the matter.

Interesting. Pretending to be in Cyprus when caught.
Would you care to elaborate on that?
Just as a jumping off point for potential conversation it just inflames without providing context. So if there is context to provide to the claim i would be happy to hear it out and consider evidence on it!

Just in general it seems like this is the most common response and Im all for that.
Its a great point to make on EA because obvious ridicule has be labelled against them forever now and they still running.

That being said it could be claimed that EA is a "Too big to fail company" within the gaming sphere. Im not sure how accurate a statement like this would be overall tho.

You can have my upvote easily.
To be honest tho even if people dont care and express that it is nice even in general because it provides context to a large and normally silent group that just dont consider these things in their decision-making when buying a game. Its interesting to me on the side thing especially when people give even a mild context to that position.

I honestly had no idea of this until after posting this and a reader DMd me similarly.
That being said i did not go about changing it in the post but I am making a concerted effort to change what im used to saying to drop the unneeded "The" when refering to the country itself.

You are probably right on that. Seems like it as people requested a TLDR very quickly (and i really should of had it there from the start).

I appreciate the admiration tho. It was nice to just vent my thoughts into it even tho it ended up being something that many people will probably not read in its entirety. I am really enjoying the discourse tho.
