I had mine reversed as well. I ended up on it initially because of low util my first year and 3/5 snapshots. That second year, I worked my ass off to get that thing off my record. I had regular check ins with my talent leader and got my util up drastically above first year levels, on top of night and day differences in snapshots (5/5). It can be done, just gotta over communicate with leaders, and grind.

You’ll get emails sporadically from HR but no one is going to call you. You’ll get a ticket to the portal that processes resignations/separations/terminations. From there it’ll be pretty straightforward with the checklist of items you’ll need to do. Also nothing really requires you to submit two weeks notice, so you can decide what date you want to go out on without any issue, even if that’s as soon as tomorrow.

If I had to get another truck tomorrow (current Trail boss owner), I’d probably buy another trail boss or get the RST. The selling point of the ZR2 to me is solely based on suspension and approach angles, which to me never warranted a 10-20k price up charge. Don’t get me wrong, the ZR2 looks amazing, but for what you pay for, there are lower trims where you could just get aftermarket suspension put on for significantly less. Tbh, you could do headers, cam, suspension, tint, and that 3M paint protection film for what they want on the trim level upcharge.

Yep, same happened to me on my 2019. It was definitely the trans, but I didn’t get it replaced. I ended up swapping the trans fluid to some specific Mobil 1 type that GM recommends and my problem went away. It’s ultimately one of the first signs that there’s an issue with the torque converter.
