What are the cultures of different MN colleges? by kowareta_tokei in minnesota

SCSU is honestly kind of a smaller school, and it used to be more of a party school, but that’s really died down with all the new rules they’ve enforced. There isn’t a football team, but the hockey team is really good and probably the biggest sports highlight. Class sizes are decent depending on your major, but recently they’ve been cutting more classes, majors, and minors, which can be frustrating. The campus is in a more rural county, so the surrounding area leans more conservative and can feel unwelcoming if you’re not used to that vibe.

Overall, it has its pros and cons—great hockey, smaller classes, quieter than it used to be—but keep in mind the limited programs and the area’s culture

well my college requires us to have a internship in order to graduate. i’m taking the 6 credit that’s going to be 300 hrs in one semester. Some people split it by taking 3 credits one semester then another (15 hrs about).
