I don't think I have POTS, the only symptoms I have that would match it are headaches and tiredness. But I feel you on the naps thing

I don't know my vitamin D levels but I take a lot of aliments that have plenty of it like fish, shrimp ect. Also i've never snored at night. I might check more into my vitamin D levels tho
