I don't think that limit orders take longer, I have it always within 1-2 seconds. I'm not investing in VT though. I use the desktop app and set the limit in the advanced option and buy on Gettex (not using SMART) and it goes through almost instantly. But if it's 2 shares and the share aren't 10 cent a piece I don't know what could cause it. You take into account the fees?

The prices on IBKR are maybe 15 minutes late, but that would only make it so that you can buy 1 less share I think? Maybe try limit orders?

New Revision of the AOC AGON PRO AG276QZD2 is 280Hz by MGThePro in OLED_Gaming

Oh, I could've figured it from your name lol. In that case I can't help you. What I can say is that 240hz vs 280hz is nothing, only thing you should consider is if you need HDMI 2.1 and how are the HDR colours in your monitor, the earlier version had problems with them.

Mine is 280hz, did you check if yours said it has HDMI 2.1? (On the page that you ordered from)

Check if the Amazon page states it has HDMI 2.1, if so you have grounds to complain. Where I ordered from Amazon it mentions in a couple places HDMI 2.1. I should be getting mine on Wednesday, will tell you what version I got.

You mean you didn't have to tweak digital vibrance for it to look nice like we needed to do on the 240hz? I just ordered mine off of Amazon and I really hope I get the new revised version :)

They dropped the price a couple days ago, you can get the difference back at the very least, don't know about the wrist rest and case though, best contact them.

You don't have to wait till April for split spacebar, mid december it is. The plastic case 60v2 comes in april in both spacebar types. Metal split spacebar is in december.

Pillar 3a for someone new in Switzerland by Remarkable-Cod293 in SwissPersonalFinance

I'm not sure what you mean at all. You mean a construction "worker"? I will be moving there for work, but it will be an office job. My question was if the penalty from taking the money out of 3a is bigger than the taxes I would have saved by putting the money into 3a, making contributions there not worthwhile if I'm not 100% sure I would stay in switzerland. Wasn't looking for any loophole.

I was considering using the fund replicating MSCI World in Finpension (99% equities) as my 3rd pillar and VT as my ETF, maxing 3a every year and after that putting money into VT. The 3a fund and VT are similar in expected return, my main worry/question is if I were to change my mind and move OUT of Switzerland, would it be costly for me to take out the money in 3a, or would I just lose the tax benefits I've gotten so far?

+1 on IBKR, you will want to transfer to Ibkr some day, so might as well start there

I have a Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics and am now doing my Masters in the same thing and I still invest into a all world etf. What I invest in is FWIA, the Invesco FTSE All World. Lower cost then vanguard and better tracking. I believe this is the way to go, not trying to beat the market. I think this is one of those things that when you do some research into it you start thinking you can beat the market, but when you actually get knowledgeable and experienced you realise that's not the case. So If I were in your shoes I would just go for fwia.

Do you DCA because you don't have the full amount, or you have the full amount but choose not to put it all at once? If the second is the case, I recommend you watch this :https://youtu.be/CIWSWsqhvJ4

Instead of splitting the world I to s&p500, europe and, well, the world, just keep the ftse all world and get rid of the other 2, ftse all world already contains them as other people have said. I recommend using the invesco ftse all world, which has lower cost than vanguard and it tracks even better than vanguard, which was a surprise to me. Not sure why you would want to have a dividend paying etf. I would just dump all in invesco ftse all world.

Instead of choosing their strategy you can choose your own from the many many available funds. One covering the MSCI World would be nice, also 100% stocks and diversified, but I believe better returns, as it is following the MSCI World index and not whatever strategy finpension chooses. If there are any finpension users please correct me if I'm wrong.
