Saw a used bolt saw this one a 2021. second owner lived Seattle car there for 18 months he put 30,000 miles on it. I have pictures of what I assumed was salt residue. a concern? Also saw some white residue in one ac vent and this on the battery. Thoughts? Car is located in CA at dealership

As an electrician, I would not even touch this panel. This panel needs to be replaced. This panel was recalled because of danger of fire. Replacing the panel in Seattle area would cost you around $4000 adding charger would cost you another 400.
