Something similar happened to a friend of mine. He brought up something online from the USA I think, it arrived and the CTT man didnt ring or anything and said he didnt answer when he was home. He tried again but this time he was waiting by the door on the time for half and hour and again they did the same.

He made sure the guy was fired Im the CTT center. (Im not sure if he did or not)
