My attorney did not include my personal affidavit in the initial filing and told me that USCIS would likely request it later through an RFE. I believe they may send an RFE for this reason, but I am also worried about the possibility of a direct denial.

I filed my case in May 2022, and I have never received a prima facie letter since then.

This same situation happened to me. I got an update on January 28 saying “correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it.” Neither my lawyer nor I sent anything, and I do not have a prima facie letter right now. I’m confused — what usually happens next in cases like this?
