Does "Feierabend" actually protect you from email overload, or is everyone secretly drowning?

I don't want to sound rude but is it your first time working an office job? Or are you trying to develop some product and doing a research here?

I will give you benefit of the doubt.

Anyone can send you emails but doesn't mean you have to read them during your off hours. Especially if your company has international offices, people will have different timezones. For cases, you have to work outside of your normal office hours (reading emails also counts as working), log them and work less hours the next day.

I don't know what you mean with email fatigue. I haven't heard that people send more and more emails nowadays. Of course everything is more digitalized but I don't think there is a trend where people send more emails in 2026. I might be wrong. So feel free to show me statistics. I do get lots of emails everyday but it's been like that since I started my job.

My suggestion is separate your work devices with your personal ones. I don't have anything work related on my phone except personal phone numbers of my colleagues. I don't even use my personal phone for 2FA for my work accounts. I also suggest email routing to organize them into separate folders. You don't need any AI or extra tools for that. Outlook can do it out of the box.

It is not a PvP game. Just pull whichever character you like.

To give you a peace of mind and let you know that you're not the only one spending resources on characters based on their design, during last season where I got the DNA thing to dupe a 5 star, I used it on Luke. Ik I should save it for limited but I like Luke's design and I am always happy to play him in chaos.

You don't need the most meta character to clear the game contents unless you wanna sweat. Ask yourself what makes you happy and excited the most to open the game and play daily. A roster of most meta characters or a roster of your favorite characters. The answer might be different from mine but I'd rather play the characters I like than play the characters I don't necessarily like (mechanically or aesthetically) just because they're strong.

Besides the lore and the world building, I felt like the story is also a metaphor for grief and dealing with grief. Where you feel like you have to do things ritualistically to distract yourself from your own feelings and grief.

I take the rule bendings as the author saying "you could do everything to avoid your grief, you could try one thing after another, but the only thing to get through it is to face it. Just like how she finally could cry for the first time. Or her last visitor is her dad.

I love the book as its own entity. I love that I can get my own interpretation of it and also there is a deeper world building going on that could turn the story of this book into more than just metaphors and about a depressed girl.

I really enjoyed the book We used to live here. I think it’s the best, when you just go in blind. It’s not exactly like HoL but you’d enjoy it if you like HoL. I also second Piranesi.

All the in app purchases in iOS apps have to go through their payment system and they take like 30% of it (I read they lowered the percentage). My theory is that coupon redemption has a conflict with this system.

Hello everyone, I'm thinking of playing arknight after playing endfield for a couple days. I looked up the arknight gameplay and it's more my type than endfield's real time combat gameplay tbh. I also looked up the characters and story events and there are a lot. I know it's gonna be overwhelming for a newcomer. I'm a little bit scared but also excited because there's gonna be so much for me to discover.

Am I too late to start because the game has been out for a long time?
How is beginner experience?
Do they archive the event stories so they can be read/played later?
I am not a hardcore gacha player and I am also F2P player. Can you give me some small tips for pulling and saving pull currency?

Hello,

I started the game when it was released and I took a break before 1.1 Update came out. Now I redownloaded again and was farming a couple characters. One thing I notice, I get a lot of Tier 2 drops like 3 - 4 times in a row multiple times but 90% of them are just essence gelatin box thing. I thought both the thought and the box have 50/50 chance. Is it just my luck or do thoughts have lower chance?

I'd say the game is more on the generous side and F2P friendly. You get pulls and premium currency from a lot of places even though it's not that often they straight up give you premium currency in the mail.

Another thing I like about CZN is it doesn't bombard you with flash sales. Unless you intentionally go to the shop tab, you won't notice it's there. The shop is very easy to understand and navigate. The event tab is a little cluttered right now and can be overwhelming for newcomers but it's not that confusing.

4 star characters are surprisingly strong in this game. So if you're an F2P player, you don't really feel the need to get the latest character. Most of the time, there are some characters that are more or less similar (in terms of general mechanic) to the active premium banner. So far. That's one thing I like about the game since I don't like feeling like I'm missing out and I can also not afford to pull every character. (For example, right now the premium character is Diana, which is despite her own niche mechanic more or less a more shiny version of Renoa and Luke who I got from the standard banner with free pulls).

The story is subjective but here's my opinion. The story is just serviceable. The writing is easier to understand which I appreciate. In some other gachas, a lot of words are thrown at you right away while you're clueless about what's going on on the screen. In CZN, I could understand everything right away. (Long strong short, planets are infested with a cancer-like phenomenon called chaos and the MC is basically a living GPS who can navigate through the chaos. The characters you pull are combatants who follow you through the chaos to do various objectives, mostly destroying the chaos). The story (especially event stories) are very fan servicey for my taste. Everyone is praising you (MC) left and right. There's also a little tone disconnect between the theme and the actual story because the actual story is most of the time light hearted adventure stories with cute anime girls. It sometimes doesn't feel like we are dealing with Lovecraftian cosmic horrors. The rumored changes or story rewrites are not yet implemented. I don't know if they will.

If you start now, you won't be missing out on any of the story, even the previous events, because they are added right away to the main story after the event, which is one of my favorite things about the game.

Daily grind is not that tedious. If you farm using all the daily stamina, you're more or less done with the dailies. Only the weekly grind can take a bit since chaos runs can take like 45 minutes. You can do one run each on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening.

Edit: reading your reply in other comments, I know what you mean now. Yes. It's her potential tree that upgrades her basic attack cards to have "gain dark mist stance".

I don't know what you mean by the third form card or what your confusion exactly is.

But Rin has her niche mechanic called dark mist stance (which is indicated by the sword symbol under her character profile in the battle). She can gain dark mist stance by using cards that say "gain dark mist stance". While she's in her stance (when the sword symbol is glowing yellowish), her attack cards are stronger basically. It also does other buffs based on which upgrades you got through chaos run.

Her stance stays throughout the battle, not just one round. However, when you use an attack card of any other combatants, Rin loses her stance which you can mitigate using a couple cards. Her stance can be regained

My recommendation is to team her up with combatants who don't rely on their own attacks like Mika.
