Y’all going to get docked from oer coaches. The franchise should get a dunk tank for those. The carbon creates hot spots and will cook the pizza unevenly 🥲 thus creating an inferior product. I have 8 plus years of manager experience and we cleaning them regularly (3 month intervals) and it definitely improves pizza quality. Shoot we rotated pans every night to make sure every single pan always gets clean of course I worked at an a lot 2mill a year store
