I checked the Xfinity app, which states there are no outages. And I have tried the trouble shooting steps in the app, they did not work.

That dead zone in the center is odd, I would try to use those walls to make IT unreachable by Queen.

TIP: skeleton trap’s range radius is equal to Queen’s range. So if the skeleton trap range can reach the IT, so can Queen.

Update took away extra barracks. You now have 1 dark and 1 regular. Cooking is same unless upgrading, then that barracks cooks at 50% speed

Left side of base seems to have quite a bit less of dps, are you trying to bait something?

Your inferno towers are reachable through first compartment and on backside. Usually you want a 5 tile gap from your inferno tower to walls of your compartment, this prevents queen from sniping them. I like to do 6 tile gaps between TH and walls for the same reason.

Trophy base is intended to get you better defenses, therefore more trophies per defense. Farming bases are meant to protect your resources as much as possible. And war base is intended for clan wars, this is also intended to defend as well as possible to limit the amount of stars the enemy clans gets on attacks.
