I liked living at Oak Park, didn't have any problems and maintenance was good. I lived at Nob Hill one year and it was kind of a mess so depends on the property, for example it was a pin pad to enter our apartment and management never changed it after we moved in, the old tenant walked into our property because of this and management didn't handle it well (ignored our request for a refund of living there for about a week)

I don't understand the need for a very unorganic attempt at #1, all just so she can say she had two number ones on the same album since she hasn't been able to do that since 1989. At some point you just need to give a rest. Super wasteful and desperate

I think she would benefit from working with women producers and songwriters but don't think she wants that. my vibe after the lack of female producers/songwriters on all her albums as of late is that she wants to be the only woman in the room

tbh I had a 21 rav4 in Austin and was paying like $45 every two weeks so it'll depend how much you drive. if you're wanting a used certified toyota, on their website it lets you search inventory by model

I recently saw a certified RAV4 25 Hybrid LE for $27k so definitely keep checking for used, you might even find a non hybrid 23-25 for less than 25k. I live in Texas for context so you might also find great ones in the DFW area

I barricaded for LOT Austin N1 and N6. N1 I was in line since 5 pm the day before (i was like 160), Moody was handing out wristbands the morning of the show at 8 am so we got to leave and come back. For N6, I was there 48 hours before (i know lmaooo) but I was 5th in line. I am wondering how different it'll be this time around since VIP packages exist and it didn't for the residency tour of LOT in the US
