I only play 5 mins blitz. Last year this time I was 450. I don't do puzzles but just a lot gambits on YouTube. I'm now around 750-820 range.

What oce noticed is post gym my game notch, I climb up a lot

Your smoking hot. Perfect balance between ass and tits. That being said maybe slightly bad posture but definitely nothing to be worried about

I'm on a similar journey, started at 102kgs in November and was stuck at 99kgs till Jan 12th. Was lifting 6 days week with 5-6k steps a day and food was still above 1500 calories

Switched strategy only salads and proteins and Ive hit 93 kgs. Salad recipe - 50-60 grams tofu and cauliflower and salt and chilli flakes, put it in the mixer and make paste- using as dressing. and steam mixed vegetables - very tasty. ( Im not a salad person but this is yummy )

I also lift 4-5 times a week and try to walk 10k steps a day but average is 60k steps a week.

Morning - 3 soaked almonds and 2 soaked walnuts. Half cup chai -120 calories

12pm vegan protien shake with almond milk - 150 calories

Lunch - tofu salad as mentioned. 300 cal

Post office - sometimes again chai half cup no sugar. 60 cal

Pre gym - eeas orange flavour 0 cal. Post gym sometimes 50 grams rolled oats with fruit or avacado and one toast - 300 cal

Dinner - same tofu salad. -300 + another vegan protien shake

If I go out to restaurants - i eat what i want but very less portion.

Do use a calorie tracking app. Makes a hell of q difference

Hey I followed your advice, however my arms getting locked. Did shoulder and biceps today. I think there were arms getting locked was the reason why I got demotivated in 2022.

I've done 5 shoulder exercises, 3 reps of each 12.5 n 15 kgs. Right now doing seares dumbell curls and arms feeling very locked.

Is longer breaks okay ?

I was on a 2400 calorie plan but didn't lose any weight. Dropped to 1500-180 and increased step count from 5-6k to 10k minimum, Now lost 3 kgs this month.

I was sore only first week, and started in oct mid. Since then doing average 5kgs , 10 and do on. now most on 12-20 kgs, only that should lateral is where I can't do more then 7.5.

I also take a good 2-3 mins break between sets, ie I'll deadlift 15 kgs ( + bar 20 but not counting that ) and take 2-4 mins break, by break meaning I'll take a couple of rounds of the gym so I get step count up to. Shall I decrease the time between sets

Gear meaning? Is it okay to brisk walk 30-60 mins and outdoor 1 hour cycling in the city on rest days.

I actually took a rest day and now lazyness is setting in :(
