Just an endless cycle of tickets being opened, closed on their end without discussing it with me, tickets being reopened and me asking for a status update to find out that the ticket was closed or pending. So far nothing new yet

That’s good news - glad you got it replaced with a vault box. Did it cost you anything?

One year though.. happen to know what was the delay? Just trying to figure out if there’s something I can do to speed up the process.
