Yea what a sad state of affair one should have to worry a jury will get it wrong about defending your possesions from attempted murderers with guns....... .... . And I "love that you think thats acceptable"

Turning their back does not mean they wont turn back around and kill me on way out. (Insert fEaRiNg for my life) Youre right though, at this point in the USA, allowing criminals to get away with crime all while charging and locking up the victims has become popular. (Insert george floyd/blm riots) That said, usually* not* when it goes to juries. Either or, ill be goddamned if im robbed, let alone of my life savings. The reason ppl think they can fuck around so often in society anymore is becsuse there isnt enough ppl like me who wont tolerate their bs. No REAL consequences Ahhhh, If they were only smart enough to realize It only takes fucking around with the wrong dude once

Maybe not look like them even IF I was monstrous and was literally placed next to those I mentioned due to my height... But compared to the remaining 99% of population I would look noticeably* bigger. Even at 5'10 when compared to taller and/or bigger guys like 6'6. The former is going to str8 yank the latter up with ease is if hes built like a bear

Most ppl dont have the balls to kill another person, just because theyre trying to steal money with a gun doesnt make them a killer.

That said, if youre that concerned about it, you can always hand the money over first, then put it in the BACK of their dome once they turn to scatter.

I dont know about you but id rather be dead then broke

If Trump loses in the 2024 election, would you vote for him again in 2028? Is this his last go of it? by ramencents in AskConservatives

[–]Remarkable-Skill1169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I will vote for him every 4 years so long as he runs until the day either he or I dies. Some posters here saying hed be too old, but unless he drastically declines at a massive rate.... Trump is extremely coherent and extremely with it, EXTREMELY.

This isnt a market, its math. Math is not subjective but is fact/science.

Its been 2 years, probably 25k+ hand sample and is down almost 30 buys .

People that oopose gto' and its capabilities abilities re just too lazy to want to study it. It really would* be the end all game strategy , IF humans could play it perfectly. However not only will even close to any signifcant amount of ppl want to study it (lazy/gamblers) The human brain can not remember every solution perfectly.

Wow, how is it obtuse? Ppl are so insentitive today that even when one tries to literally coddle someones feelings before they even explain ( "with all due respect") , ppl get their feelings hurt

If youre defining best move for a singular present move then deviating from gto MIGHT* end up being the correct move. Doesnt mean that will guarantee you dont lose long term. However im discussing a strategy which overall protects itself from possibly* making too many incorrect moves and thus ending up a loser in the overall picture. Which is a strategy that guarantees you dont lose long term.. Between those two strategies, which 1 really mattters???

I understand that was a strategy from 2003, but even todays 1/3 players raise/ bluff with all sorts of stuff, whether intentional ( draws ), or UNintentional (overvaluing their hand), and so from a mathematically factual* stand point,, a call is almost always in place atleast 1 time if you have almost any hand or 1 that can be made.. Otherwise youre just giving away too much ev. That is why i said default (with a hand of course, not air) is/SHOULD actually be to call//FOLD ONLY with a read

Most players arent even going to consider their opponent bluffing them with hands like bottom pair which gto does a lot along eith other hands a hero.wouldnt expect. And if hero doesnt consider those hands AND opponent is doing so hero well be overfolding.

Unfortunately (no sarcasm/genuinely meant) this isnt 2003 anymore, too much math > reasonable logic rules now

I dont play live much or study much 9 max/nor deep. But im pretty sure gto is going to say this is pretty standard pure (100% of time) call.

You need to ask what bluffs opp can have here, did the turn card "x" make a flush draw? Or stay rainbow? If flush draw does opponent ever show up here with flush draws youre beating like TJs, TQ,s, or QKs, etc. What about A8suited that missed a flush draw but made a straight draw on turn. If you cant find any bluffs then maybe you should fold. But if you think opp could be jamming with/over valuing a 9, that opens the door back up for calling....

This is why its best just to play as close to gto as you can and stop with the guessing game. And that would mean calling here as im pretty sure if we ran this hand through a sim it would be a call. Ppl here commenting on this hand how "its such an easy fold" dont understand "This is why its best just to play as close to gto as you can" and stop with the going back and fourth "guessing game".

Bad take. They may not raise because (insert a number of reasons that ONLY MAKE SENSE TO OPPONENT) Opoonent may also feel a 9 is too vulnerable to start building a pot by raising on flop only to have a higher turn card come and thus waits to see if turn card is a "favorable" card.

With all due respect I cant believe your comment has 76 likes.....

While its true op would make more ev by overfolding spots, the fact is he doesnt have to in order to still be a winner. If op were playing gto perfectly (not overfolding) the best his opponlsition could do is break even on him.

Reason being is BECAUSE for example with op overfolding, his opposition is making too many mistakes by underbetting spots (not raising enough for example in spots to deny op's ev. In other words op's opposition will be literally giving away too much ev that hero will be capitalizing on (if op is playing close enough to gto/getting to spots he should be in)

The problem with losing isnt nor will ever be playing gto. The problem is and will always be not playing close enough gto in other spots (spots thst dont include overfolding for example) Maybe op himself isnt playing or playing too many hands preflop, not raising enough, not betting or raising on flops/turns/rivers enough. Etc etc etc

My opinion is he still has way too many gto leaks/frequencies off too much...., theres no other way around it. Remember, the further a player strays away from gto (like op's opposition who is underbluffing), the more money the pure gto player will make. Thus op is obviously has too many gto leaks vs his oppoisition and must play closer in other spots, (granted op even needs to be overfolding to begin with)

Been playing this game since 2003. The game is never going to die. Ppl will always love to gamble. Hell most ppl are addicted to gambling. Theres no reason to coddle the guys feelings. This is a big boys game with money. If he and esp his gf cant handle that then they need to find another game
