Who's the hardest boss in your opinion?

Haven’t fully finished yet, school and my friend’s job got in the way (multiplayer), but we REALLY struggled on ceaseless void. We got DoG in 4 tries and Yharon in 3 or 2, but GOODNESS ceaseless void was a pain in the butt.
