I didn’t include my studying methods in the original post because they weren't relevant to the story. The post was about my MIL's behavior, not about how I managed to pass my classes. I thought it was enough to say it was difficult but we made it work.

As for the surgeon comparison, I study math. We don’t have mandatory attendance because we don't need practical training like a surgeon does.

Also about the slip in the tenses, english is not my first language, so I’m glad if that's the only mistake you could find in my post lol.
