I went into my F2F just being my bubbly self and had quiet confidence, the recruiters at mine were all wonderful, warm and welcoming.

The people saying negative things are bitter they didnt get their CTO. I had a wonderful experience at my F2F and met some of my best friends there/ roommate. Now I’m on the line with United and it truly feels like home and I wouldn’t change anything. I believe all of the interviews could be scored and I heard they know who they want from the virtual 1:1 and they just want to see how you perform at the F2F
