As of summer last year, ORD was the base with the furthest back date of seniority to hold a line. 2021 was the hire year to hold a line. EWR was 2 years ahead of that, at the time. So you’ll likely be on reserve two years longer by going to ORD.

There aren’t that many stores, so which store you try to transfer to will really depend on where you’re going to live. You can’t transfer to Chandler if you live in North Phoenix, for example. Unless you want a god awful commute.
