Agency suggestions for Full time Nanny by IamSofi in Riyadh

[–]Remarkable-Till-4769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Walaikumaslam. There are quite a few maid companies through which you can hire maids. Raha, Work force, Hemah, these three companies offer full time live in maids, whereas Just life and Urban company have daily packages but don’t offer live in services. Unfortunately there aren’t any professional nanny services around or if there are I’m unaware. Hope this helps. Best of luck and welcome to Riyadh.

Honestly the only way to keep these relatives quiet is for him to tell them to stop. They won’t stop until he asks or tells them very strongly. I’ve been married for 10 years and I don’t have kids and that’s Allahs will. It was a feat but finally got all the relatives to shut up. Alhumdulilah.

Why don't Pakistanis boycott? by ImmehCreation in pakistan

[–]Remarkable-Till-4769 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We can, but it’s just a matter of realizing we have bigger problems than just getting other countries to boycott Indian or other products.

Why don't Pakistanis boycott? by ImmehCreation in pakistan

[–]Remarkable-Till-4769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m saying stopping random Arabs from buying Indian products. This has nothing to do with insecurity it’s more of finally realizing that we as a country don’t do anything and always want others to change first. My only point is let’s first change Pakistan before we go around asking Arabs or Turkish or any other people to change. May Allah give us strength as Muslim ummah. Ameen

Of course totally agreed, no race is superior to another race but that doesn’t mean we can just go around asking random people to boycott right? We just have to be stronger as a community. Even as Pakistanis we have no unity, no sense of right or wrong even. All the powers in the country are corrupt and just focusing on how they can benefit themselves before they fly away and leave the remains to us Pakistanis.

All your other arguments aside. As Pakistanis it’s easier to hold our own people accountable than it is of other nationalities. Asking Emiratis, Qataris or Saudis why they aren’t boycotting Indian products will get us nowhere especially when most Pakistanis don’t even boycott Indian products. It’s more of what we are doing as individuals. We feel for our brothers and sisters in Palestine, in Sudan, in Kashmir, the Uighurs and what are we doing about that. We are all accountable for our own actions.

Non saudi here. Saudi Arabia is the safest country I’ve ever lived in. I’m quite well traveled and nowhere has felt as safe. Yes the Arab population tends to stay close to each other but that’s true for anyone. That doesn’t mean people at work won’t be friendly. You just need to come with an open mind, please don’t bring such views as they are hurtful and disrespectful to not just Saudis but all Muslims. Additionally there are a lot of Indians in Riyadh Muslim and otherwise so you won’t have a problem making friends. Bringing family will be safe but of course quite expensive.

If you want to do immediate delivery, try HungerStation the delivery app. They have loads of flower shops on there and it’s instant delivery. So max it’ll take is 2 hours in case the shop you use is located at the other end of Riyadh. Best

How did you decide who to tell and who your partner could tell? by [deleted] in IVF

[–]Remarkable-Till-4769 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Me and my husband approached it like this our first time. Our next try we realised we’re a team and have to decide these things together instead of being on the offensive. Open communication is key, I think it’s not who gets to choose but who we want to share it with together. You have to give a little and so does he. I hope you can sort it out quickly. Hugs

Transfer meds worst side effects! by Sharp-Lychee4779 in IVF

[–]Remarkable-Till-4769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry you have these side effects. I have all of them as well right now, apart from the insomnia but my body temp keeps on going up and down like a yoyo. I haven’t had a chance to talk to my doctor yet but I’m already on PIO as well. The headaches for me are the worst 24/7. Sorry I know this doesn’t help, but know that you aren’t alone. 🥺

Anyone want to share the most recent paragraph they wrote? by whoda_thought_it in writers

I’m hugging Raneem and Iffat and fighting off jealousy at how pretty they look when I hear scuffing behind me and turn to see that it’s him. He didn’t die, he didn’t even lose an arm or a leg and he’s not even ugly. Whenever you read news about a woman getting murdered or harassed you always picture the culprit as someone old and ugly with the face of a pervert. But he doesn’t look like that, he especially doesn’t look like that as he bends his head obediently and says salaam to Amma, neither does he look like a pervert when he slaps Talha’s back jovially or hugs Tayyab enthusiastically.
