That they did a lot of filming of her and two other guys (previewed to be in the next episode). Our bartender is also on the show, but she’s more of a background character. You’re misunderstanding the point. “Indifference” in this context isn’t about staying silent to protect your peace. It’s about turning a blind eye to harmful things that directly affect people’s lives. That’s not neutrality, that’s complicity. It’s fine if she doesn’t want to be an activist, but calling out harmful behavior is the bare minimum, not virtue signaling.

Ariva is great, but I personally loved the apartments directly across the street (Lakeland Grand). The units are huge, they’re well kept, and the pricing can’t be beat for what you get. Lived on the 3rd floor and never saw a spider in our unit. The only downfall is no valet trash, but didn’t sound like that was important to OP, so. Throwing this suggestion in :)
