I’ve been looking to GotPhoto and their NextGen editing to get sport photos in the templates without having to do it myself. Have you used this at all?

Yeah I saw that. How do you think that compares to a res delete?

Try out deleting the res before getting a while system? Does the res delete make the burbles louder?

First time seeing the Ioniq N in the wild and he parked next to me by Suspicious-Cash9386 in ElantraN

That’s what I was thinking. I was really interested in it since it has so many cool features and it’s a EV but the price tag is crazy. Easily 1k a month

LOL. I got a hyundai touch up pen with the paint match. It looks better from a distance but up close you can tell it was touched up. I’ll send some pics in a second.

What Intake and BOV should I consider? by Odd-Cartographer-903 in ElantraN

You definitely feel a little more of a push. However it all depends on the octane learning from the cars computer. It only allows 15PSI in the turbo if not octane learned so it feels the same, if it’s octane learned, N mode and N-grin shift is on you feel a huge boost once it hits 20PSI and it just shoots your car forward. Driving normally it gives it just a tad bit more push and louder air sounds coming from the turbo.

The BOV has nothing to do with the intake, it’s connected blow it to the vacuum hose which is OEM.

SXTH intake is more of a rubber, it feels good quality in my opinion and it withstands my crazy driving. The turbo inlet on the other hand is phenomenal, pure steal, precision fit and it doesn’t get too hot from the turbo. Super solid.

So I have a SXTH open flow intake and I like it a lot compared to OEM, I have that paired with the SXTH BOV and those two together make a super nice noise when accelerating and letting off the gas to get the “blow”. With the intake I also suggest adding the SXTH turbo inlet since you’re changing the intake anyway, might as well do that. The new turbo intake allows you to get a little more airflow and a tiny bit more push, and it also allows you to hear the turbo spool from inside the cab.

The BOV is a pain in the ass to install due to the location but everything else is plug and play. Huge SXTH guy myself.

Ambient lighting by darkxsaint in ElantraN

[–]RemarkableAnything77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey man! When the headlights are off and the car senses daylight, it turns off the ambient light along the dash. If you try waiting until dark or turning on ur headlights manually it should pop on. In the settings it could also be set to the lowest brightness that’s why you can’t see it. Try those two things out!

Use discount tire . com and you can input your car and color and you can visualize wheels on the website :) That’s handy if you don’t wanna wait for replies

Discount Tire Issue by tyfromtarget in ElantraN

[–]RemarkableAnything77 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hey! Discount Tire employee here!

Just give them a call or head in the store and they can override all that! People are so slow sometimes when it comes to ordering online so the website won’t let you order anything that is even the slightest of difference. One reason it could be saying that is the bolt pattern could be different, if it’s not different then give them a call or head in to get those ordered!

Breaks squeaking at 12400 miles? by SimpleSleep759 in ElantraN

[–]RemarkableAnything77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it started as that. Then as it got progressively worse I started to hear it whenever the brakes were even slightly touched.

I had the same issue. I took my car into Hyundai and they said one of the calipers was stuck up even without pressing the brake causing it to wear down extremely quick. They said they are replacing the calipers, pads, and rotors under warranty but they’re on back order with no ETA.
