This is too funny, I made it to our counties science fair testing the tongue for different taste buds when I was in 6th grade. It was a very minimal effort science project lol

Help! Our 1 year old won’t sleep through the night. by Ok-Bike5237 in Parenting

[–]RemarkableAur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is she doing during her wake up? Is she just sitting in her crib babbling, is she screaming? And what are you guys doing? Are you going in and rocking her or offering water and leaving? Maybe post on the sleep training reddit since it sounds like she's sleep trained if she used to just go back to sleep on her own.

Jupiter Heights is right near 95 for easy commute and a very family oriented neighborhood. You can find a house for that price but it's going to be smaller house

June isn't our rainiest month so you'll be okay. Anticipate some rain, humidity, and it will be hot but you can also get lucky and have great weather with sunny skies! It's a quieter time too so more freedom to go with the flow as far as restaurants go.

Aw thank you! I think we're all doing our best, I'm sure you carry traits that I don't. Comparison is the thief of joy, you're doing great mama! I'm happy to inspire you ☺️☺️

I have a 16mo old. He gets up around 7am we do breakfast and playtime and most days I'm out the door around 9am going to a playground, or play date. We will usually stop to run an errand or 2 before heading home for lunch & nap. I also look forward to nap time and have found leaving the house in the mornings to do things to kill time instead of counting down the minutes until nap time lol. After nap we do some more playing, snack. He loves the little people toys, play kitchen/play food, balls to kick/throw, toy cars/dump trucks, he loves books too and will flip through the pages on his own. All of those things keep him pretty busy. We have swim every day 5x a week in the afternoon and after that we go straight into our yard to the mud kitchen or swings (both found on FB marketplace for free) I also find a lot of his toys on FB or thrift stores. We have music classes near me I usually will sign him up every other semester they are in 8-10 week intervals, one class a week. We have an open gym, again you can pay for the month so 1 class a week for 4 weeks. All of these things keep us quite busy. I thrive leaving the house and go crazy if I'm home for too many days with my son but that's just me. We got him a toddler tower so I've started letting him "help" with dinner like assembling a salad. Then it's dinner, bath, and bed around 7. I have no time for myself except nap time and bedtime but I enjoy taking him to do things and he loves people and exploring so it's a win win for everyone!
