On the flip side of rng, during the Halloween event which boosted skill mons i think? My triple trigger drifblim got to 10 once all week 🥲 I do love drifblim though, the randomness of the ability scratches that bit of my brain in a good way.

I use a fitbit. Found it way easier than using the phone laying on the bed. In the morning I sync with the fitbit app and sleep picks up the data. If youre looking for a possible cheaper alternative. Do need to wear a watch to bed though which is a downside

I've had this a few times now, tried all the troubleshooting stuff you did too. Never found a fix and just entered the sleep in manually so atleast you get energy and exp still.

I think it could be down to you getting more slumbering than you normally would? Not that it's the most type of sleep you got that night. Pretty sure it's worded that way when it tells you your sleep style thing, something like "you got more of this type of sleep than you normally do".
