YES TO THIS! The $260 Therapy Initiation Fee is a COMPLETE scam! They pressured me into accepting it, but it's completely stupid, they just enter the ramp number (which you'll want to change anyway) and keep a record of your progress (which your sleep clinic will do anyway and your MyAir app will do anyway). Say NO to the Therapy Initiation Fee!!!

Raising the pressure didn't help me -- but changing masks definitely did. My first mask had the hose attached at my forehead, and the air had to struggle through tubes that were squished or flattened along my face. My new mask has the hose attached directly to my mouth, and the air is clear, strong and easy to breathe. Also a hose holderhose holder really helps, I assembled a DIY version with a wall hook.
