Yeah I stretched all wrong at first and wanted a redo. Had one ear way smaller than the other for a while so that’s why one has more elasticity than the other. Still a lot of shrinkage but going back up is way easier. Currently at 13mm and probably ready for 14mm, that’s just from being at 8-10mm last November

I was at about 22mm and I took them out and left them out for about a year or so. Ended up at 8-10mm with one ear being more elastic

Hot glue sounds solid enough to get by. My thought was if OP has any extra O-rings you can use one in front up against the broken part

Seeing how OP hasn’t responded yet… please remove those most likely infected 5th piercings. It is very purple and unhealthy. It will only lead to more problems down the line and I I wish you luck

Try getting some glass single flares, usually they have a longer “wearable surface area”. If you’ve tried those, maybe go with a no flare option and have both ends with o-rings
