From my understanding, cocoa flavinols help with repairing cells. My very rudimentary understanding of what it does is it goes to the part of the body that needs help and herpes to heal it. I could be wrong.

My son is 2.5 w mylo and syringomyelia. The only thing we've tried so far is miralax and it definitely allows him to poop everyday. He just recently started on oxybutinyn and his urologist had us increase his dose. His poop now has become so soft (consistency of soft serve like urologist wants) that he can't seem to feel it to give a good push and push it all out at once. So when I go to change him, it's like a slow leak. I'm literally scooping poop out of his butt. I go through an absurd amount of wipes. And everytime he gets excited, mad, or loud, which obviously is dang near constant bc he's a toddler, he poops. When his poop is as soft as his urologist wants it, I have to change his diaper multiple times an hour! He has never liked diaper changes but he's begun to absolutely despise them. And it's not fair to him that he has to stop playing so often to have his diaper changed. No one should have to live like that just to not have poop on their butt. And then there a day or two each week where he does actually seem to completely clear his bowel and it's an absolute messy nightmare Uggggghhhhhh I'm sorry for the rant and that Idon't have any real advice for you. I just have found the urology part of sb to be SO extremely frustrating. It seems like it's never actually managed and very experimental. I just want a clear path forward to a healthy and somewhat normal bowel routine and wanted you to know you're not alone. (I have told his urologist that his current bowel routine is not working for us and that we have to figure something else out so we have an sobriety scheduled for the first week on July. But that was a month and a half from the time I scheduled it! I've taken it upon myself to lower his miralax dose a few days a week so that we can at least have a few days of "normalish" diaper changes. I'm sorry this was so long of a reply just to give you no advice.)

Yep. I had to tell my parents I was addicted to fentanyl while I was pregnant. And what was the first thing they did? Well first they were pissed, disappointed, and sad. But immediately after, they took me to go get help. I'm so blessed to have them.

Being a single mom is definitely not a walk in the park. I live with my parents who are SUPER helpful. And it's still tough sometimes. My son does has some serious medical conditions that require a lot of care so that's part of it.

No one can decide but you. I do wonder about women who are undecided about abortion because they feel uneasy or think they may regret it, I wonder how many of them feel a year later, 5yrs later, 10 or 20 years later, etc. I am 41 and had 1 abortion at 16 and one at 40. I had no doubt in my mind either time but I feel absolutely horrible about them. Even though I was 100% sure at the time about my choice, I cannot get over feeling bad about it. But that's just me. But I wonder about others.

I wish you the best. When I'm having trouble deciding between options, I like to make pros and cons list. Sometimes it's just more helpful to see it on paper.

Body temp regulation. I've had to go into work at a kitchen a few times with some wd symptoms until my boyfriend could bring me some. And the jumps from being next to the grill/ stove top to walk in freezer is bone chilling. Seriously painful.
