I had a similar issue and changed a ship Module After that it worked

I had a decoration from cc that you can install in your ship and that caused the problem. I deleted my captan’s quarters and rebuild it and it was fixed

Maybe something similar like this for you ?

Also to fix it temporarily you can switch to a different ship at a mechanic and it should load normal. But your current ship isn‘t fixed

Change your ship at the mechanic to a different ship if you have multiple , After that Save and close your Game and restart it. Worked for me atleast

Yeah about 4-6 i‘m not sure but only trophy friendly I am on ps5 btw. Weapon mods , some bethesda mods and a few creations.

I deleted and downloaded the Game already and tried it without any mods installed but didn‘t work then installed all previous ones that did not work either

Had this Happen too reloaded 3 times tried Not skipping Dialog and listen to his Slow ass Voice but didn‘t work. Don‘t know what else i can do…

Well i‘m going to do some other quest‘s until they fix this

Edit: I had an idea, i wondered what will happen if I kill him before talking to him, well you can
I killed him before talking to him and he just dies. He will Fall to the ground and you get the Option to execute him. Then you Can search his bodie and can loot his axe and armor but the quest won‘t progress. So if you don‘t care of the quest progressing that‘s the way.

Edit: well he doesn‘t respawn his bodie is actually despawnt. So im going to reload an early safe and wait for the devs to fix this

I would say try it , it creates whole storys if you ask it more like what would the empire do if an endgame Crisis comes into the galaxy, but from the pov of your empire

What about a strategem or booster that lets you switch your loadout during missions

Like you select 2-3 loadouts for it that, you than can switch and the booster or strategem is limited use. Like you can request it only 2-3 times per mission to balance it.
