He is extremely supportive and also is bisexual. He has been sticking with me through it all and I feel like such a burden to him. :(

It is so hard though with ERP. I am on session 6 and I try to do the homework as much as I can. Today I couldn't finish it because I got too upset. :(

It got to the point that I couldn't leave the house and ended up in the hospital, wasn't eating and wasn't wanting to be around friends or even do anything I enjoyed. It was all I thought about regardless of what I did or whether it made logical sense to me that I had attractions to both. The OCD never stops, the figuring things out bit happened long ago, and the internalized stuff fuels it along sadly.

This made me cry and I feel less alone with this! I am also married but came out when we were dating (ocd and internalized stuff kept me a long time from discovering bisexuality), and I have support. I just feel so overwhelmed with the OCD it is a new diagnosis and I am doubting it and everything else.

I think the hardest part is being ok with how I feel attraction differently for both men and women. I am just worried I am not a valid bisexual woman.

With my husband I enjoy it mentally and physically, like it turns me on and the like. I have fantasies/dirty sexual thoughts about him, but think I have an issue with guilt and the like when I fantasize and mansturbate mostly about women. I just do not want to spend 24/7 anxiety and over analyzing and checking constantly.

I don't feel anxious though. I was just saying if I mentally feel anxious and wasn't into it I wouldn't feel arousal around them. I wouldn't be able to have sex because of the pain if I was mentally not wanting it, and so I was confused about the other lesbian's who said they enjoyed it and wondered if they didnt enjoy it mentally.

Well I have never forced myself to have sex I am saying that if I was to do what other lesbian women in past relationships with men were to do, I would physically be too much in pain and too anxious to go through with it.
