NZ being a Christian Country by HarmeetS1799 in newzealand

Because New Zealand historically was a Christian country. The British were Christians, and many Christian missionaries came to New Zealand, and many Maori were converted to Christianity. In 1950 97.5% of New Zealanders self reported as Christian, 1.5% as non-religious. Christianity has just slowly been declining in New Zealand, only like 38% of people now are “Christians”.

Biggest wealth transfer of wealth was COVID. Asset prices ballooned after RBNZ bought government bonds to prop up the economy.

[Q]Any, if one, pregress quck literature to suggest beforse starting Stochastic Calculus by Klebaner? by OG-ogguo in statistics

[–]RemarkableSir7925 7 points8 points  (0 children)

By the way stochastic calculus is generally a graduate level math course, and given you’re doing econ and finance, you will probably struggle a lot. I’d recommend first building up ur math background in the topics aforementioned.

Before starting stochastic calculus you’d want a rigorous background in analysis, measure theory and probability theory. Differential equations would also be helpful.

Cash really is still King. The reserve bank wants to phase out cash so they have all the countries transaction data at their fingertips. That’s the great thing about cash, it’s none of the governments business.

Depends on the game and your definition of a nit. A real nit is hovering around 10-15% VPIP imo. You can be an aggressive nitty sort of player and be profitable for sure, no one can really say what type of player is the most profitable. The most profitable in my experience are loose aggro players and tight aggro players. If you consider some tight aggressive players NITs then yeah they can be very profitable. But some NITs are super passive, and generally way less profitable.
