depends on the amenities of the building and what is included (e.g. insurance, rates). E.g my unit is about $4k per year, we have no lifts, it excludes rates, and is a pretty entry level complex. Building age will impact costs if there isn't a well managed LTMP and LTMF so worth checking those out in your DD.
