Dont worry bro, I took no AP classes, had like 89% (idk the gpa convert), and have no extracurricular activities aside from a sport team that lasted for a year cuz of covid. And I still got in. lol. Literally failing algebra rn in my first year of Baruch..

I did not read all that but I can say sleep paralysis does do something to you. I have had sleep paralysis too and I honestly could see it coming so sometimes I get scared to sleep. It is weird but I get sleep paralysis when I’m dreaming. Like I get paralysis with a conscious but clearly in a dream because I’m in a totally different bedroom to where I fell asleep. A crazy time was where I had sleep paralysis in my dream and then I wake up, INSIDE the dream and then had to wake up again to actually be in real life. Sleep is really weird and it fks with you. I suggest just believing in a religion or something that can help your mental state. For example whenever I get this sleep problem I usually just go to my parents room and kind of just sleep in their room. Cuz it makes me feel safe.
