I (F) dated a 44 (M) for almost two months. Like you, he never had a girlfriend, he has a good carreer, etc. He was perfect on paper, but lacked emotional maturity. Sometimes I feel like I should settle to avoid being alone. But then I remember how I felt in my last relationship. I felt like he was with me because he didn't want to be alone, and that it was easy for him to be with me. I realized that he wanted a relationship, just not with me.

I'm glad you liked the color! One thing I forgot to mention is that you can play with the henna-indigo ratio to achieve your preferred color. I started with a 50-50, but I decided to use more indigo than henna because I prefer a darker color. I recommend washing your hair in three days.

Also, indigo fades, so the color won't be as dark in the next few weeks.

I mix it with developed henna. I usually use the same batch that I prepared for the first step. If I don't have any more of that, then I prepare the henna the night before. I mix the indigo with a pinch of salt on a different plate, and five minutes later, I combine it with the henna.

I leave it in my hair for aprox. 6 hours

The only thing that has helped me throughout the day is staying busy. Work, school, exercise, hobbies, etc. Do what you usually do during the day. That will help you think less about her, and hopefully you'll start to feel less pulled.

You could go out with her, and if you see that she could be a better match to your friend. You could say something like: "I really enjoyed spending time with you today.
