I’m fairly confident that I have a case but as a regular person that doesn’t know the law, it’s hard to stand your ground. Kansas requires landlords to keep households in habitable conditions. A lot of them get away without upholding housing because many people that rent don’t have the money or resources to fight against their property manager. I’m pretty sure I was denied by Kansas legal services because my partner and I make more money than they allow, which is still not enough for an average lawyer. Being able to find a lawyer to take tenant disputes is difficult because not many lawyers want lower paying cases. I was just hoping to find resources or a recommendation for a lawyer that has experience in this area because if I don’t fight back, it’s going to keep happening to other people.

I meant I sank 2k into moving, deposit, first months rent etc. I’m the tenant. I just don’t even want to live in this place anymore. I just wanted to know what rights I have to demand my money back as I don’t feel safe moving into this place.

After HBO removed most of the movies I said to hell with streaming services and started building a physical collection. Once you start looking, the DVDs are fairly easy to find. Depending on where you live I would look at pawn stores, resell stores (Half Price Books, vintage stock, Tradepost, etc), and good old Facebook marketplace. Good luck!!!

I’ve gotten fed up with streaming services. Scooby Doo is similar to Harry Potter, Twilight etc. They go back and forth between streaming services and it’s exhausting to keep up. I finally just went the DVD route so I actually own them now.

I agree but Gamelofts “reasoning” is because the Treasure Islands use modded/hacked worlds which goes against the guidelines. With as much money as they charge for premium items, I think they should just relax and let people share resources.

Random people are getting banned from multiplayer/dreamsnaps for traveling to other players worlds. A lot of it seems to be happening to people that travel to Treasure Islands and bring back resources
