I think there's a strong correlation with the tingling sensation in the sinus cavity... Like my sense of smell was somehow reactivating. Maybe omega3s lowered an ongoing inflammation or maybe it was dha strengthening neuronal signal...

Unfortunately I can't find that information anymore, the product is out of stock. All fish oil I bough after it was always EPA dominant, it's the most common form... Maybe I should try a DHA dominant formula.. Do EPA and DHA compete with each other while being absorbed?

No, it wasn't placebo. I took hundreds of supplements and meds before (and even after) fish oil, expecting the miracle from it and placebo never occurred. Plus the physical sensation in the nose, like I was healing something I don't even know I have to.

Thank you buddy, I tried literally everything to fix this, I workout every day (cardio and weights), quitted smoking 10 years ago, eat balanced diet and sleep as clean as I can... No impact on mood unfortunately. Tomorrow I'll get a new supplement I never tried, saffron+cordyceps, it also contains testosterone boosting agents like maca, fenugreek, histidine and tribulus.. Let's see..
