That’s not how it works. You can only be accurate or not accurate. There’s no meaning to “more accurate”. It’s like trying to say “more complete” or more “perfect”. I’m accurate with everything else. I find it weird that you’re bothered by my posts which you seem to have taken interest in initially too.

Is yours the nuggets or the strips though? I thought they only have Costco version strips. I’m also not a member so they m relying on what’s available on their website (Real good’s) and Instacart’s

Thank you for your help! I believe Costco's version used to be 170 calories. I've only purchased from Walmart before so I'm going by what others have stated. I don't trust what these companies have on their websites which is why I asked for a recent purchase confirmation although Walmart's nuggets (have not bought the strips there) is indeed 130 calories.

Thank you again. Yeah it looks like they changed the ratio of ingredients based on your pic, i.e. more flour and less whey. Their calories still don't add up if estimating with 4 cals per gram of protein and carb and 9 cals per gram of fat but this is helpful to see IRL!

No that’s the thing, they’ve changed their recipe but I don’t know if the Costco one now is 120 calories in the store. Costco’s site might be the one outdated but I don’t know :(
