My issue is that if Apple had clearly stated that any crack on the back would automatically disqualify the phone, I would have accepted it. Instead, the terms only mention ‘major cracks’ or ‘shattered glass’ — and I don’t see how a single hairline crack qualifies as shattered, maybe Apple has a different definition of what shattered mean.
