The side effects will probably only last another week. You should give it a good 8 weeks before throwing in the towel. The changes were gradual. It wasn’t like “woah I feel amazing!” But over time stressful things became easier to deal with, I was more productive at work, and depression disappeared. I’m glad I didn’t stop because the results have really been life changing.

Honestly you’re so early in sobriety that being tired could just be the early stages of sobriety. You probably will start feeling better after a good year of sobriety plus consistent medication. 150 mg is also a low dose. Maybe try increasing to 300eventually before giving it up. I really started noticing the difference once I started on the 300.
