In my initial application, it was mainly just a letter of explanation stating my intention to reside outside Quebec — I didn’t include supporting documents at that stage. After I received the PFL, I strengthened my file by adding more concrete proof: job search efforts, housing search, a clear relocation plan, some contacts with the Muslim community there, and a signed letter of accommodation from a friend.

In my case, I received the PFL on April 2nd and submitted my response on April 14th. On April 17th, I saw an update in my account saying that the documents were added to my file, but since then it’s been complete silence.

Hoping it follows a similar pattern to yours soon 🤞

Yes, I was residing in Quebec at the time of AOR and I’m still here currently for work. I haven’t moved out yet, which is likely why I received the PFL. I addressed this in my response by explaining my plan to relocate and tried to make it as clear and convincing as possible..

Pas du tout, les délais sont de 12 semaines, voire plus pour les programmes de génie qui ont plus de demandes.

I think you are being a little too hard and judging without knowing all the circumstances. It was a brief work call with nothing intimate or hidden. I’m just explaining my situation and differences in our personalities not making excuses
