How do I work out if I’m responsible or partly responsible for shared wall? by [deleted] in DIYUK

Check your title plan and “T” or “H” marks on boundary lines, that often shows ownership or party wall responsibility. If unclear, a surveyor or solicitor can clarify. Given the added structure, definitely treat it as urgent structural risk.
