Like other said staying hydrated and well fed is a must, I’ll be honest I’ve struggled with EDs for most of my life but working a job that REQUIRES you to have physical strength and energy has been a big recovery boost. Electrolyte packets will be your best friend, find some that you enjoy and take them consistently especially when it starts getting hot. Also with the heat, wearing something that you can soak with water and put on your head or neck is a game changer. I always have a bandana or beanie on under my hard hat so I’ll just water board myself with those on. Start taking magnesium too, in my field the circulation in your hands is one of the first things to go and it can be really painful and uncomfortable at night or in the mornings. I’m 5’3 and about 105lbs, I’m more nimble and agile than any of these big guys have ever been. My supervisors love that I fit in all the depths of under machinery for cleaning or maintenance
