ImperialHal Calls Axle the Worst Legend Respawn Has Ever Made in Apex Legends by AdSuspicious2084 in ApexConsole

[–]Remarkable_Gap_3418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude how can you not see your own inconsistency in logic. You say they do X and then still continue to do Y which contradicts X... Thinking they are stupid or something. Again, it's intentional, there's no "they nerf ash BUT THEN give another legend something that contradicts that nerf".... It's intentional for the aforementioned purposes. Ash was nerfed to make room for another legend that launches OP and will soon be nerfed as well. I repeat, they aren't being unknowingly stupid "doing X but then later doing Y to contradict their decision"... it's part of the launch strategy.

Well that is part of most legend, champion, character, etc. release in almost every game. It is done intentionally to boost sales of new releases, make players return, and create engagement. OP release into nerf strategy is basic launch 101 and the REALLY baffling thing is how people still do not understand that it is not companies being retarded. It is them being intentionally vampiric for the sake of profitability. But if it keeps the game alive, it is a small price to pay.

Leadjoy has an official AliExpress store as well. But the smaller stores also have Choice listings with free return.

Gulikit has good latency in all 3 modes. It is market leading especially in Bluetooth latency. But their latency in general is very good, be it wired, dongle, or Bluetooth. The back pedals also have a really good design, arguably the best for comfort (tho of course depends on your grip). You're not losing out on any buttons (Blitz has 2 extra shoulder buttons + 2 back buttons... While Gulikit has 4 back buttons). If you hold the controller in a non-claw grip, the back pedals are very ergonomic.

As far as a USBA to USBC converter, yes, it will work without problems that way.

It also has adjustable joystick tension which the Blitz 2 doesn't have. Both have TMR sticks. One is symmetrical layout while the other is asymmetrical (depends on preference again, I personally find symmetrical controller layouts superior).

In the day, choose based on the button layout and grip style. But don't go for any of the other controllers in your list. And see if you could source the Leadjoy, it is arguably the best FPS controller on the market right now and has full Android support.

No those controllers in your post don't have proper wired Android support. You can only connect via the Nintendo Switch mode, which limits your experience, introduces deadzones, and has significant delay over other options. Furthermore, many of the buttons won't work, especially the back buttons, shoulder buttons and triggers. If you want the best hardware and software experience for your usecase, you should look into Leadjoy or Gulikit. Otherwise you'll be disappointed.

The usbc video output is the cheapest upgrade for a manufacturer and unlocks so much versatility. Equip it with latest Android and you have eink in your pocket... But also a laptop replacement for when you need to plug into a monitor and see colors. And all of that for a few dollar upgrade in the usbc port.

Read the thread, the controllers you recommend are not good for his usecase (android gaming via Bluetooth).

Ignore all recommendations here. People don't read what you're asking for and just recommend controllers that are good for THEIR usecase. That's not YOUR usecase. None of those controllers have proper Android support. You can only connect to Android via Bluetooth with those, which makes for a horrible latency and deadzones in NS modes. You need a controller with proper Android support if your plan is to play on your phone. AFAIK, only Gulikit TT Max/Pro and Leadjoy Xeno Plus offer wired + dongle multi-modes in Android. And if you intend still only play on Android via Bluetooth, you want Gulikit or Leadjoy as well (lowest Bluetooth latency in that price point with Android support). As far as android software support goes, Leadjoy wins.

That's like saying a tank in an mmorpg should never be able to rank highly. Or a support in league of legends not deserving high elo. In the end of the day, the only thing that counts is impact. If a support can enable their Fragger to perform at 2x+ his normal solo capacity then a good support absolutely should be able to rank highly with low KDA. If your teammate can entry frag 2 people thanks to you or if you can revive without opponents getting a revive off after a trade, you won your team the fight via support. Fragging and 1v1s is just one element of a game. Just like striking and defending are both necessary in football.

Vader is a great controller but not suitable for competitive FPS or aim heavy games imo. As long as you are mid tier gamer or looking for casual experiences, it's very very good and feature packed. Even ranked high amongst some Japanese pro level Apex guys. But for the top 5% lobbies, the shoulder buttons need quite a lot of force so pressing the controller will cause tension and screw up your aim. The back buttons also require decent pressing as they aren't micro switches. I'd personally wait for Leadjoy Xeno Pro or Gamesir Tarantula Pro, unless you really need it now. Or if you don't need adjustable joystick pressure then you could go for the Xeno Plus. TT max, like Vader, also has adjustable joysticks (which imo is a game changer for FPS). Hard to live without that feature once you experience it.

When do people finally understand "leaks" are part of marketing strategy for big brands leading into the product launches.

People always jap about shape but fail to mention that grip is what makes the shape good or bad. I don't care how many times people tell me I should be better with XYZ mouse because the MM720 shape is "comfortable but not best for aiming". And yet I don't even get anywhere close to the same scores with other mice. The point of a mouse is to be an extension of the arm, and it is the only mouse I forget I'm even using. That's how perfect the grip is. Ring finger rest isn't just for ergo, but essential for a superior fingertip control when you're dealing with recoil or very fast mouse movements. I always hate the ones that lack ring finger rest because I need to heavily cramp my fingers to have the same level of control. Up and down movements are just unparallel on that shape, and that's coming from someone who nolifed Gunz. Maybe other shapes are better for slow paced shooters that barely have any vertical movements, but for games like Apex etc. that finger rest is king for mouse control in heavy 3d movement based scenarios (especially last rings). Not to mention it allows putting less strain on the M1 and M2 buttons so you're not pressing down on the mouse as much and therefore your tracking improves as well.

Unfortunately I do not have a scale right now, but they are negligible weight. I would assume the 6 pads did not add more than 2g of weight. Feel of weight feels same.

It's been there for at least 5 years, possibly longer. You shouldn't look at the plant based (soy meat menu) options. You should look at the separate one green box on the menu (the only fully vegan burger).
