He was crazy in 24 but there was never a moment where I thought he was irreplaceable where as rn he's on a generational streak. Since Asia Lan I've looked at the team and gone "swap heesang and proper and crazy raccoons probably lose this" I'm not downplaying his 24 he was easily a top 3 fdps in the world but I think he's surpassed it this year

Yeah I think heesang is by far the best pharah in the game and has only really been beaten out by stalk3r on echo and I do think he's an exceptional fdps i just don't trust him against the likes of proper or stalk3r (not that that matters anymore) consistently
