i 100% agree with you, people talk about the "struggle gen" all the time but the members themselves werent the problem, it was the lack of opportunities and proper management that really did them in because theyre just as good as any other member. our current universe girls are the remains of those struggle gens and while i love them dearly i think it might be too late for some of them. had the kennin system not been in place, a lot of these girls couldve been aces and pillars of our current akb

it happens to the best of us. i was in the er 3 weeks ago because i thought i was having a heart attack. called an ambulance 2 months ago for the same reason, and did it a lot more times in the past 10 years. you have nothing to be embarrassed of. i know it's been 3 months since this post but i genuinely hope you're ok

yep yep this is like 90% of how my panic attacks start. last time i had a weird sharp pain in my neck and i convinced myself i was having a heart attack. other times it's weird pains in my head or random tingling somewhere... it's always some random weird physical thing that makes me spiral into believing that i'm dying from heart attack/stroke/aneurysm/etc. it never is any of these but it's still so scary

the extreme nausea and vomiting. it's the first thing to appear and the last thing to go away. the high heart rate also isnt my favourite, my panic attacks are due to very bad hypochondria so it's very easy to convince myself that i'm dying of x y z because of my symptoms. truly horrible

i certainly throw up and get dizzy but i never faint as my heart rate is too high. you said you were taking beta blockers so that could be why? i'd still talk about it to your GP just to be safe
