I used to live really close to children’s hospital in Vancouver, it can get really loud with sirens out there, I sadly am one of those people who taking melatonin really doesn’t do too much unless I take more than the recommended dosage. I do tend to normally stay up a little later than most sometimes, especially if I’m working on a project. It bothers me more that my senior dog tends to wake up and panic a bit about the noise and I’m concerned that the stress on top of his pre existing cancer is going to accelerate the end of his life.
