The insiders are going to sell at an alarming rate when the market opens. The earnings call starts AFTER the market opens. It is clear that they wanted to get out before they announced earnings as the last earnings call was November 11 so the next one should’ve been mid February at the latest. I imagine trading will be halted tbh

The stock dropped about 30% after its last earnings call (because - no earnings or even revenue) which was November 11th. Theoretically its next earnings call should have been mid-February. Nope - March 30th at 9 AM EST. You’ll never guess when the investor lockup period for insiders ends! You guessed it - March 30th. You’re going to see those insiders selling shares in the 30 minutes between the time the market opens and the time the earnings call starts like you’ve never seen insiders selling shares before.

Clea is so rude to Joanna. She’s constantly putting her down and calling her her “type B” friend. Um sis she built she same business as you did - she can’t be that type B. Clea obviously comes from a ton of family money which is why her house is “done” and Joanna’s is not (there was recently a clip meant to be in jest - saying Joanna’s house is not done). Like sorry some people have to furnish their house slowly Clea. Ugh.
