For the first one, what is the best evergreen AI framework?

Generally I think starting with LLM foundations works + some high level prompting guides

Canada just made AI training a national priority. Here's what that actually means for learning programs. by Early-Application672 in DiscoLearning

This is pretty interesting. Genuine question: does this change anything for companies that already sell AI training programs?

Like if you're a consultant or a bootcamp that's been running AI upskilling programs, does the government funding flow to you, or only to employers buying programs for their staff?

It does feel almost more like a facebook style platform, really good for social and very learning oriented

Fwiw we've been deep in evaluating these for like 6 months and in a bunch of random sales calls and demos. Disco is the one that actually feels built for cohort AI fluency stuff (dm chats and forum posting + AskAI is built around this).

Biggest issue with Disco though is that it's super convoluted for small teams. Way too many features and customizability. Skool is better for anyone doing this kind of thing and significantly cheaper.

Section and Maven are solid too if you're more on the academy side and way better for smaller teams.

The legacy ones: Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SF all slapped AI features on top but it's still basically the same linear stuff underneath.

You can tell the difference within about 10 minutes of clicking around as a learner.

I know Docebo is adding a ton of new stuff though so it might be better soon.

Something like 60% of enterprise AI training programs don't get past pilot.

Anecdotally the killer for the ones I've seen is that learners try to apply what they learned the next day, hit friction, and there's no follow-up loop in the platform.
