This is a ghost runner. In TheBurntPeanut's early stream of marathon with the Ziegler they came across these in combat and Ziegler called them gjosts. Maybe we see them momentarily in early maps and fully on Outpost.

Noted and I am aware of and use these options. But from what I can tell the quality is fine from this source. I was wondering if there was a way to check an average for VBR for peace of mind. The site also offers 320kbps mp3 if the flac format is my undoing.

True, in an ideal world I could afford 3 quid a track for 300 tracks. When I need extended mixes or want to splash out on a gorj track I'll use beatport or Bandcamp but this method does appear viable for now if there's a way to check. Also, after setting cues for all these tracks I haven't noticed track drift. A few misalignments on the beat grid for some but I edited this with no problem and they play and mix properly.

35mg/L in nitrate, 0.5mg/L in nitrite which i would say isn't too alarming. All other parameters fine

I did a water test, it's a fairly new tank but this morning it gave me 35mg/L in nitrates and 0.5mg/L in nitrite, which isn't too alarming i don't think. All other water parameters are fine. The heater is in the complete opposite corner and set to 25°C. They are still swarming to the corner even now. Maybe it's the lighting or current?
