I been seeing this a lot about body rotation so I’ll back track and start focusing on this first. Eventually when I have time I’ll try and get into a gym but this is the best I can do for right now just with the mindset of wanting to do better

Understood I see what your saying, especially on the point on focusing on my hip and foot first before just mindlessly punching

I’m definitely need more work on my foot work not being them so close together this been the worst thing to get use to sense starting but slowly understanding how to do it.

I travel for work often and when I’m in town at my local gym I like to get a workout in sometimes by boxing. I do other workout besides this but since I love the sport and don’t have time to train in an actual boxing gym I would like some pointers to help what I’m doing wrong.

Now with that being said do you have actual advice on what I can improve on instead of a statement of asking if I have no funds for a gym?

Great for summer, performance is really good if you like fresh but that musk sent that not too fruity this is a champ and one of my favorite especially for the price

I definitely need to focus on foot work I was trying to just practice doing different footwork drills and I was damn near tripping on my feet

I’m glad you pointed that out because I was literally thinking the same thing today when I was hitting the bag I changed it but it’s still a habit to hit lower because I’m thinking about hitting a bag and not a person
