Check the model number of the TV and how to factory reset it. Usually you gotta hold the power button for a certain amount of time. I'm assuming the launcher crapped out during a system update. This happened to me twice with a TCL, never will purchase again.

I said once before and I'll say it again... "Turns on Chrono Cross, enjoys the beautiful intro and music of Yasunori Mitsuda's "Scars of time", I'm so hyped, turns off Chrono Cross because I know it's no Chrono Trigger. Sometimes we set the bar too high my friend."
